BASC Dormitory Operations Management System (BASC DOMS)

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the BASC Dormitory Operations Management System (BASC DOMS). By registering and accessing the system, users acknowledge and agree to comply with the provisions stated herein.

User Accounts
1.1. Only authorized user’s students, dormers, and dormitory manager of Bulacan Agricultural State College are permitted to access the system.
1.2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. The sharing of accounts or credentials is strictly prohibited.
1.3. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported immediately to the dormitory manager.
Proper Use of the System
2.1. The system shall be used exclusively for official dormitory-related transactions such as applications, monthly bills payment, room assignments, and maintenance requests.
2.2. Users must not upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
2.3. Activities that may disrupt or damage the integrity of the system are strictly prohibited.
Data Privacy and Confidentiality
3.1. Personal and academic information collected from users shall only be used for dormitory management purposes.
3.2. All records will be stored securely and handled in accordance with data protection principles.
3.3. Users must ensure that all submitted information is accurate and truthful.
Payments and Receipts
4.1. Payments must be made on a cash basis at the college cashier.
4.2. Users are required to upload official receipts issued by college cashier as proof of payment.
4.3. Payments are subject to review and verification by the dormitory manager. Non-compliance may result in penalties or suspension of dormitory privileges.
Maintenance and Reporting
5.1. Dormers must report maintenance issues in a timely and responsible manner.
5.2. Requests will be reviewed and addressed by the dormitory manager.
5.3. Submitting false or unnecessary reports may lead to sanctions or restricted system access.
Responsibilities of Dormitory Manager
6.1. Dormitory manager shall oversee all system functions, including application approval, contract generation, payments, room assignments, and maintenance requests.
6.2. Manager are expected to exercise fairness, accuracy, and transparency in carrying out dormitory operations.
Limitations of Liability
7.1. BASC DOMS serves as a digital tool to assist in dormitory operations and does not replace the official rules and policies of Bulacan Agricultural State College.
7.2. The system shall not be held liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete user input.
Acceptance of Terms
8.1. By creating an account and using BASC DOMS, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in restricted access, suspension of privileges, or disciplinary action in accordance with school policies.
